SITUATION
Cinemark, the nations fifth largest movie theater
chain, wanted a new employee uniform that would enhance
their image and maintain brand consistency, while at
the same time being something that their young employees
would be happy wearing.
STRATEGY
Proterra took the Cinemark logo and applied it to uniforms,
visors, and aprons to compliment the theaters
decor and to reflect a fun and exciting movie experience.
To convey the desired image, Proterra built a uniform
prototype, cutting and sewing samples to convey the
desired look and feel. Proterra also organized production,
embroidery and distribution of the materials on behalf
of Cinemark, making the entire series of projects a
seamless one-stop-shopping experience for
the company.
RESULTS
The stylish black uniforms can now be seen being
proudly worn by Cinemark employees across the country.
In addition to providing a cost effective and
attractive uniform, a uniform consistency program developed
by Proterra is now being used nationwide. |
